I saw that. I think it's a pretty good idea if it doesn't freak the drivers out and cause accidents.
At first glance I also thought it was an accident waiting to happen. However, the thing is going to be mounted on to a rail so it won't have free reign to crash into the cars.
I don't see how that's going to freak out drivers at all. Might be a little weird at first but after it's passed over you a few times, you'd get used to it.

imagine your mom is driving to work all of the sudden a GIANT BUS THE SIZE OF A BUILDING starts to come up behind her and begins to swallow her car. I guarantee you drivers will panic, make stupid moves and cause a massive amount of accidents.
Holy fuck its like bumper cars over there. All of these intersections had no traffic lights.

Here the video the pics are from (some of the animation starts at about 0:55) They also predict a surprisingly high amount of busty white women will use their new transportation system.
So...it's basically a subway system that's above ground. Like an elevated train. This = dumb. And if they really have it in 2 lanes out of four there's definitely going to be a ton of accidents from dumbfucks trying to switch lanes. What if a bigass truck needed to take a right and couldn't get under it? Wait for 30 seconds while it passes?
So, what if you needed to take a right and there were a bunch of cars in front of you? Or maybe a big bus? Wouldn't you wait for 30 seconds until they/it moved on so you can take your turn?
The minute a driver wants to drop someone off at the next block there'll be doors flying all over the place followed by brain splatters

The true lack of coordination from 95% of their population coupled with their classic communist "i don't give a fuuuuckkkkkkkkkkk" attitude it makes for insanity.
That youtube video posted above is so sad when people are getting owned hit by cars on bikes and everyone else just stands around after and looks and then goes about what they were doing.

Its amazing that in india even without any stopsigns or traffic light how people just go about their business.
