Just tried to get some PHP work outsourced to india as I was running short of time and figured I would try these guys. They were offering full time "standard" programmers for around 900 a month...yeah I know should have guessed at the price.
Anyway, the fuckers they consider to be "Standard" can barely code and take HOURS to do even basic tasks like removing images from PHP/HTML/CSS code. Even when you give them step by step instructions and tell them what to find in what files they still take days.
Anyway, I refunded after a week of having 5 tasks completed...like changing Div background colors...yeh takes an hour for that apparently. Or adding CSS3 rounded corners to the stylesheet...whole days work.
They had the temerity in their support desk responses to suggest that the code was to "complex" and that I should have hired a higher level programmer...for what...changing a fucking div tag background color...or adding something to the stylesheet.
They are a complete joke but at least they refunded me quickly...minus $100 for a weeks supposed "work". I'm guessing they get a crapload of refund requests.
Anyway...fucking indians...tell you WHATEVER you want to hear and then try to fudge it in an attempt not to lose face before admitting they suck. Yes sir...oh yes sir etc etc
