I was looking around for sites like cafepress that can do t-shirts and other stuff according to your design.
I also found threadless.

Which ones you like and why? Factors to consider is price, quality, choices, flexiblity, international shipping, etc.

All those sites, if I'm not mistaken, just print out your shitty design onto a iron-on sheet and then apply it to some shitty t-shirt. If you're trying to build a real business and get real profit you need to find a company that will take your QUALITY design and SCREEN PRINT that mother fucker onto a GOOD quality t-shirt. Then just work on branding and increasing your margins.

It depends where you live, there should be local screen print/embroidery/discharge/etc printing companies in your area. If you are doing just a few shirts you may want to go local. However, if you need a bigger order, call larger companies as they may give you a lot better prices. We do custom screen print and embroidery at Custom Apparel, Greek Apparel & Collegiate Licensed Apparel | E-Stores by Zome, PM me if you need a quote, prices on the site are too high though as they include royalties. :-P
