I don't think I need to explain how this domain could be ridiculously useful for a vast majority of different offers. At least I don't hope so.

Just got a professional appraisal that valued it around $75. Figured I'd add that little nugget of info in here for people who were having trouble wondering how much to make an offer for.

Regarding appraisals, next time, if it cost you money, just burn the bill, you will do it faster. If it was free, then spend that time looking at a wall. It could be more productive :p

It is a nice domain though. I do have to get back to you though, I know I have been putting it off.

Haha, yeah I've heard that about appraisals before. It wasn't too much money though, so I'm not too worried about it.

Thanks for the bid, though. We'll set the BIN at $50 with the current bid at $18. Guess we can say a deadline of about 2:00PM (EST) to give it a few more hours.
 
Okay so high bid is $20 with the BIN set to $45 and a little more than an hour to go. I cannot believe this is at $20 right now. Note: You don't need Menopause offers for this you can use pretty much any possible health rebill imaginable.

Seriously, how hard would it be to spin a bit of acai content to make it sounds like it also helps with menopause? Not hard at all. Here I'll do it:

Or resveratrol, or colon cleanses -- fuck, sell them e-cigs and tell them it will give them a rush to their brain that inhibits the majority of their hot flashes.

Hopefully I've made my case. There's an hour left -- high bid is $20 and the BIN is $45.
