I have hired this guy before and i warn you...be careful dealing with these guys...they made a mod to my wp site before the holidays...i was getting ready to go on vacation but saw that there was an error before i left and told them about it...a few days later when i checked it from my phone everything looked cool...then when i got back from the vacation and checked my site on my pc there was the same error they were supposed to fix...i contact him about this and the guy tells me that i have to repay to have it fixed because i changed something...i told him i didnt even know where to begin to make that mod (or i would have done it myself) and i didnt even update wp...in addition to that...i over paid him the price quoted for the job so that he could repay someone from his paypal account (atleast thats what he said).

This was by no means a large transaction...but i would think if someone over paid you for a service and then had an issue a few weeks down the road...good business sense would tell you to look into the problem for the customer/client.

In addition, when i initially inquired about custom design work for a rather large project...he kept referring me to their templates...i told him i wanted a custom job and he eventually put me in contact with their lead dev and low and behold...they couldnt do the job...which is essentially some heavy modding of a buddy press site.
