Task Automater Tool

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a good tool for automating repetitive tasks? For example, you could get it to select / delete all ads in a FB ad group below .1% CTR.

I feel like something like Grease Monkey would work, where you could write custom scripts to manipulate web pages based on DOM structure or whatever.

Any suggestions?
