Has anyone (ecommerce/lead gen types) used telesign verify to cut down on poor quality leads/wrong phone numbers etc?
Im seeing a good 10% of people enter in wrong phone number, which always amazes me but its becoming a real headache. Looking to automatically call the customer to verify the number before it gets processed in the system.
If anyone has used Telesign or similar services what did you think and does it work?
The PhoneID product doesnt look that great, just tells you that the number is located in a particular town/city and the format of the number. We can code our own app to do that so not sure why anyone would use this.

But the auto calling verification looks v.good.
Also - they seem pretty big and are used by Facebook and google etc, so why they have a testimonial from Eagle web assets on their site is beyond me:
