Since my original thread is older than 124 days I can no longer post to give you all an update, so here goes:
My dispute with ion labs was recently resolved, amicably, and I want to take a brief moment to thank you all for your help, support, and advice. I posted here back in August of 2010 hoping to get a few ideas about how to approach my situation, but you all more than delivered with not only great ideas but actual offers to help, and for that I'm truly grateful.
To the moderators: is it possible for one of you to close and de-index the original thread found here:
