Just had HighPer redesign couple of my sites. V-E-R-Y pleased with the results 
One site was for a simple redesign of the fine points, so to speak, but the other site needed a major redesign/overhaul. He came up with some brilliant ideas for a design change. Worked with several webdesigners in the past, but he's definitely the best imo.
