Can anyone tell me why EVERY MLM scam has the biggest boner for the words "Ground floor"?

My wife's mom is a pre-paid legal person, she tried to talk us into it, we ignored her for a while until she claimed we were "disrespecting" her by not doing it....we basically got yelled at into signing up for one of these sites. I didn't have the heart to explain why this will probaly NOT make any money. Just swallowed and said "OK" Mommy in law....:)

Sure, everyone knows that you have to be on the ground floor to have any chance of making decent money before it gets shut down. lol

Plus, ground floor is very similar to "Grass Roots" Lulz
 
I personally find the "video phone" with the Donald trump endorsement to be the all time favorite douche bag MLM scam.

Also check out his "trump" university. The D is whoring himself out all over the place... He himself is a douchebag

Whatever. I had the "opportunity" to get in to Trump's new vitamin network one step removed from the ground floor and it just seemed like total fucking bullshit. But if anyone here is a MLM fag and wants in on that shit, let me know, I'll pay the $30 Marketers fee and sign your ass up.
 
hahahaha, I'd like to think that the general populace of WF is smarter than that. I pretty much had to force my buddy to chargeback his visa card, he was convinced he was going to make millions. After he went nuts buying domains (never should have showed him the google keyword tool) one drunken night, ended up with like 35 trump branded domains. DOH.

I think it has something to do with his net worth decreasing by almost 60% over the last couple years. Which is net worth losses measured in Billions. Multiple. Plus his real estate empire is a house of cards, built to fall apart when the credit dries up (gets drier?).

So yeah, easy money from stupid sheeple is what I figured he was after when I did some research when my buddy was trying to get me to build him trump network sites. Right before they announced you couldn't build your own sites, use the trump name in your domains, blah blah blah, they wanted you make your sales the old fashioned mlm way, by badgering your friends and neighbors into buying overpiced bullshit vitamins. I think there's a rebill hidden in there too, I don't know for sure tho. I never signed up.

Because it's a stupidly easy way for him to make lots of money. He signs a few forms, films a few videos, and he makes lots of money. He's not the one out on the street that has to peddle this crap to their friends and family.

Yeah, really good point. Most of his income (not assets) is derived from licensing agreements on using the Donald Trump brand for whatever, casinos, hotels, tv shows, crappy vitamins, etc...
 
When I was a kid, I got this letter in the mail that read something to the effect of, "you may have already won $20,000,000," I was so pumped that I went over to the neighbors house and told them about it. Then I looked on the table and they had one exactly like mine.

Life pretty much sucked after that.
