That Oprah chick totally looks like her though. The Rachel Ray one not so much. Good stuff though nonetheless.

somethin tells me the likeness of a well known personality is protected...but hey, why not go ahead and challenge someone who has a hardon for litigation currently like harpo..i mean they dont have any resources to litigate someone as big as copeac, do they....
 
I would get rid of the OPERA part. You don't need it. Simply say "As Seen On TV" and the Oprah likeness will speak for itself. OPERA in there makes this a much easier case to win for them.. without it, you can simply claim "hey, I put up two stock images of women", but it wont ever get that far. What are they going to threaten, you put an image of someone who looks like Oprah? I dont see it happening.
