The Right Way to Cook Bacon

I was a breakfast cook for a long time for a pretty popular place in a resort area. We (I) always cooked it in the oven. I still do to this day ( though it's less efficient cooking a sheet pan of it for a couple people, rather than a few hundred). If you do it right, you don't even need to flip it or otherwise do anything at all other than take it out of the oven.
