I was a breakfast cook for a long time for a pretty popular place in a resort area. We (I) always cooked it in the oven. I still do to this day ( though it's less efficient cooking a sheet pan of it for a couple people, rather than a few hundred). If you do it right, you don't even need to flip it or otherwise do anything at all other than take it out of the oven.

bacon is so damn easy to cook, no need for a tutorial....you really can't get it wrong...no like seriously you can't...
