how does he not get banned from his affiliate netowrk?
still, I wish i knew how to do that

how does he not get banned from his affiliate netowrk?

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think he's really breaking any of the affiliate networks terms by dominating the AdWords results like that. Google's terms, yes, but not the networks.

Edit: It looks like they're serving ads when you search for "Free Ringtones" so maybe they are breaking the affiliate networks terms.

is he doing it from different accounts or just one? If so where do you get these vouchers and how is he setting up all these accounts.

Sucks for Google. Having a high profile screw up like this is sending the message that Google is under-employed and it pays to break their rules.

Damn, pure ownage.

natekapi, he's just advertising on the free keywords which you are allowed to do, you just can't have free in your ads and it doesn't look like he does (although there are others that do but that's probably not the same guy)

Hes not at it again, hes been at it since whenever people first started talking about it. Its probably not one person either. Google takes them down anywhere between an hour and a few days. Its weird, they need to fix it.

Some networks' terms and conditions state that you cannot break any third party t&c either

I doubt it's the same person. Hard to tell though.

AZOOGLE: Look at this url and ban your affiliate: RockinRinger

Also, if you look at the javascript at the end, he's redirecting people to another ringtones page who try to click cancel. Thought that was not allowed...
