AMC produces good shit recently, so most of there stuff is at least worth checking out.

I've read the comics that the Walking Dead is based on and the source material is A+. Add in AMC behind it and this is going to be a hit product.

i watched it when the leaked copy came out. loved it then and i loved it last night. been a huge fan of the comic since late 08.
definitely bummed that the 1st season is only 6 episodes.
been trying to find the best scene from the comic series for the bottom part of my arm sleeve.
it's been tough deciding on which one to pick.

can't wait for next week.
if you haven't read the comics, DL them and enjoy.

Great looking series. I'm a huge fan of zombie flicks/games and this satisfied. In the beginning the dialogue was kind of boring and their accents seem so fake, but once everything picked up it was pretty damn good. Love that they went all-out with the gore.

The only thing I see annoying me in the future is the fake accents and bad acting. I don't know her name but she played Sara Tancredi in Prison Break and was awful, and she seems to be a main character.

that is Sarah Anne Callies... Her acting in the short scene she was bad but honestly that is how I took her character in the comic book. She is a main character as you will see later in the series(without giving SPOILERS). I am a little leery about her casting as Lori but I hope to be proven wrong as it goes along. The casting of the other characters so far is dead on. I want to see how the character Glenn(the voice on the radio in the tank) comes out on TV.

AMC > HBO IMHO. They have like 1/20th the budget and pump out high quality stuff over and over. I wonder why paid channels and prime time channels are stagnating while AMC is killing it.
