Thoughts on a possible offer?

Hey Guys,

I wanted to get some feedback from you guys on what you think about a possible offer we would want to put out.

Currently we run Code My Concept PSD to HTML Home - Convert your Design into Standards compliant XHTML/CSS, a PSD to HTML company. We were looking into starting an affiliate program, and was curious as to if you guys would be into promoting a product like this, obviously as it isn't a typical AM business to consumer product, it's more of a service.

We were thinking about a 20%-30% commission on orders. Too much...too little?

Some specs:
- Average order is approximately $250
- We currently promote via PPC and have great conversions - I am sure you guys could do a way better job than we do
- We handle a few hundred projects a week ( Can handle much more )

Would this be an AM worthy offer? Suggestions? Feedback?

All PSD to HTML folks run affiliate programs already... So yes, it is a good offer.. is this the right forum.. I doubt so, unless you are going to offer a free service and the rebill the shit out of our customers

You must have noticed and so have I... all the design blogs, the template sites have the PSDtoHTML square banner ads... so they must be profitable.. go to buyadsell.. may of the buyers are PSD2HTML guys...

Why don't you test, and get some statistics first.. then make your offer..

Thanks for the response! Any direction as to where we should go? Any aff. networks that would take us on and get us some good affiliates?

Yes, PSD2HTML.com does around $20million a year.
