I'm in a suburb now that I have a family but I lived in the Minneapolis lakes area (Calhoun) for a while before that just off Excelsior which I'm sure you're familiar with if you grew up in St. Louis Park.

You're kidding me right? The Texas economy is the only place I know right now that is still growing. Go to San Antonio, take a picture of an empty field and come back a week later and there will be houses there.
