Is it expected? Also Do AMs help more because of it or is their main motive just commission?

Appreciated? Is it even accepted, and will you see more help?

Unethical? Once it because standard, will you see more LPs outed for the "big" tippers etc...

Win? Win? Is it good and does it help both parties?

Just a late night random question....

If you have a good understanding with your AM,then they will show you offers that aren't visible to others

I don't know if straight up tipping them is warranted, but getting them something nice is a great way to show your appreciation. Especially if you've developed a relationship with them.

ofcourse

That goes without saying unless you AM is a complete fucktard who don't know anything without about newtorking and have no desire of making cash.

Me and my friend took out a crew of 3 from a newtwork her in an London and treated them to full bottle service and hot women--->next morning an new awesome offer that I had no clue about in my inbox...

the smooching and networking part is probably the best part of this..

pshhh Most of my AM's just annoy me. Here's my tip to AM's, leave me alone unless I ask you something.

If you really want to piss me off, ask me what my traffic sources are and ask me why some lead trickled in. Are you fucking kidding me?

Network owners, watch who you assign new AM's to. Just because I don't do much business with your network doesn't mean I won't in the future, until you assign some dumb ass noob AM to me that is.

offtopic, I am starting to agree with you here, there are some AMs who do their job very well, which is offer solid advice, new offers, and payout bumps. But some get a little too "business-personal" as well, and that can get annoying. I'm starting to believe that talking to AMs can become as big of a time waster as TV, email, and checking stats too much. I guess if you want things done right, just do it yourself. -V3N

Regardless of what my AM thinks I should be informed of by a phone call, I can almost promise you I would prefer it in email.

Plus, I like things in writing.
