anyone heard of titan poker? you sign up through europartners.com and they pay you $200 per $20 signup. it's only open to UK traffic so a friend of mine over there tried it out, just got a bunch of his friends to sign up for it and deposit the $20 and they didn't scrub a single lead. seems pretty crazy to me but i've never tried a UK-only offer before so i was wondering if there was anything like this that accepted US traffic?

Carbonpoker (Poker Affiliate Program :: PDCAffiliates) takes US traffic. I don't think their payout is quite as high. I'm signed up but have never done anything with it.
you have any idea what their payouts are? dont really care about second tier or rev share, just looking at 1st tier refs
alot of poker rooms dont offer CPA right off the bat cuz of low quality referrals or even things like what your friends doing... most offere MGR to new affiliates
