Hey guys,

I was recently contacted by an affiliate manager from a clickbank product I'm promoting. They own a large amount of sites and do a lot of sales so they're somehow reputable.

Anyways, they offered to build a site for me (hosted by me). As I've been direct linking so far, I think having a site built for me would be a great way to get started in that direction... building assets and such. However they're asking me for sales data (keywords).

It makes sense, after all I would create a site around my converting keywords. However I don't know whether these guys will just take my keywords and then fuck me over. Anyone has experience with something like this before? Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks! :jester:

Um....No... You'll end up like this guy...
...in the middle

You're much better off building your own site. If you don't think you can, then PM me and I'll see if I can't talk you through it. Even if these boys are totally honest, and wouldn't take advantage of knowing your keywords -- you're still much better off building your own site.

I get the point... you didn't have to be so... hmm.. graphic, LOL. I'll see if these guys can help me get some things done, like the design and such... but I'm NOT giving them my keywords. Thanks for your feedback guys!

Clickbank product owners never cease to amaze me. You're direct linking to their page and they want your keywords ... tell them to go fuck themselves. If you give them your keywords what do they need you for?

Essentially they want to cut him out of the middle, and drive their own PPC traffic using the more successful keywords. :D
