My apologies if this information appears elsewhere on the site, but it didn't turn up in a search and I can really use the expertise of this group.
Can someone give me their opinion on the top 5 or so CPC networks (who work with emailers)? I've found a listing online but it doesn't include FrontLine, who I believe alot of mailers are using.
Obviously, a key consideration in qualifying 'best' is not only that they have a decent selection of campaigns, but they pay.
