everybody knows TOR, i hope so.
there is a "signal" you can send to TOR that reconnects the circuit and you get a new ip from the TOR network instantly.
its only a simple fsockopen call but i researched and tested around for around a week to get this going... is someone is interessted in buying that line of code...
...dont forget, you can switch TORs ip within a few miliseconds to a new ip with this...
