I build a neat torrentz.com clone. It has around 300k torrents in database. It has 4 spiders set up to crawl 4 major torrent sites and update the site dayly with about 700-1000 new torrents per day.

I am not selling the domain .. Only the script + the database that runs it. If you press links .. you'll see my alert telling you I am the one that sells the script .. so there won't be any questions if it's really me that owns the site.
Torrent sites get a lot of traffic. They are build with long tailed keywords and there's plenty of people that search for torrents everyday. Just check out torrentz alexa ranking. It's a good market.
Don't use adsense on it unless you want it banned
. Use it with something else .. plenty of choices out there.
Price: I need $450 to pay the bills so .. pricing goes like this:
Resell price: $450 - whoever pays me the resell price .. I will stop selling the script from that moment on, and he will take my place selling it .. full rights
Script price - you don't have resell right - $32
