tourist guide: what % would you ask for?

I'll send bookings to a very small travel agency for several guided tours they offer

- each booking will usually be for more than a single person
- the work they do (go around the city showing monuments etc) is the same with 2 or 20 people

what is a reasonable percentage to ask per booking in this vertical considering there's no middleman?

I know of a travel guide site which gets 15% for hotels. Maybe that plus 30% bonus per person for larger groups over 10. Take the 15% as a deposit on site and the company can pay you the bonuses at the end of the month?

really? I was thinking about 20% - 35% depending on the package

please note that we're not talking about hotels; only about city tours
