Hi,

I was on an article site when I ran into a Kontera add that led to this page.

FindStuff.com - hats

I have a similar site that I am trying to figure out tracking for. It looks like these guys have some sort of database that they input figures into, like source=k would be kontera I'm assuming.

I don't really know how to set something like this up. But basically, I am going to have a page that is similar to this, and I want to know how to track which keywords ended up as clicks to the ads. I will be marketing this site through search, contextual, kontera type sites, and other methods.

Any suggestions, or insight into what findstuff is doing here? I don't really understand it. I notice that when you click a yahoo ad, it goes to a red.php page first, which is a redirect page. Probably tied into the query string to track the outgoing click. Just not sure how it is done exactly.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.

You are asking for a way to track sources of sales? Like pass through variables?

Or are you setting up a search script and watch to track clicks on it?

Or you want a paid search engine script? /shrug

php+mysql i've got a system built that does mostly what you're looking for i use it to track keywords from ppc
