I don't know why , but traffic vance rejected by application , why would they not want advertisers ? Is there a way I can get an account even though in Malaysia ?

LOL , thanks but their not responding , it's just a pity . Maybe I should use a VCC and use overseas info ? Just thinking of ways to get around this problem.
They don't respond once they know you're not from the US.
They're really, really anal about this, I don't know why.
VCC etc won't work, because you're required to verify your
identity with your driver's license etc.
If you don't have someone in the US close enough to be willing
to set up an account for you and pay using their credit card,
I'd suggest you just work with other traffic sources.

tell you what i am not in USA and i am in asia and have trafficvance account. Use your brain, they need a referral and since u r out of USA, you probably need a very strong referral. I got a solid referral so they took me in immediately. Get $1000 ready as initial payment

I'm outside USA and got an account no problems, give them a fucking call and talk to Jonathon about it. If they still say no, get a referral - pretty damn simple.

Be prepared that someone as AM should make a call to them to vote for you. In my case e-mail referal was not work, will try again though.
