How to Hire
Send an email here with your requirements and other details. Cherry and I will promptly respond to all your emails in 12 business hours. Business hours = from 10am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays, Manila time/GMT+8, and from 2pm to 6pm Saturdays Manila time/GMT+8. This is around 8pm to 10am Sundays to Thursdays US time and 12am to 4am Fridays US time. There is a 5-business day waiting period. We use this 5-business day waiting period to select available Grayscale employees, retrain and reorient them based on your requirements.
You will only pay half of the monthly wages after your Grayscale employee completes 10 work days. Payments are requested to be sent via Mass Pay or personal payment to reduce if not entirely eliminate all fees PayPal charges recipeitns like us, which is 4-6% of the entire amount from senders for regular PayPal balance-funded transactions and 9-12% for regular credit card-funded transactions. You will be sent invoices via email with a collated XLS work documentation report outlining details of the work completed by your Grayscale employee for the past 10 work days. Work days are from Mondays to Fridays or Tuesdays to Saturdays, and you can inform us about the work day time shift and work week schedule that would be most convenient for you and your business.
All Grayscale employees are required to strictly comply with the following requirements:
1. Notification Emails. Sent to you and to us (Cherry and I) on or before the start of their shift each work day. This is to inform all of us that your Grayscale employees are ready to start working each work day.
2. Update Emails. Sent to you and to us along with a completed work folder and an updated XLS work documentation report for the day 4 hours after the start of your Grayscale employee's shift. Zipped completed work folder will contain all completed work for the past 4 hours of work. This is to inform and allow us to validate that your Grayscale employees are indeed working on their tasks for the day.
3. Submission for the Day Emails. Sent to you and to us along with the zipped completed work folder for the day and the completed XLS work documentation report for the day on or before the end of your Grayscale employee's shift.
4. Early Notification Emails. Sent to you and to us at least 6 hours before the start of your Grayscale employee's shift in case the person cannot go to the office on a particular work day due to valid reasons like health and family emergencies, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, nuclear disasters, chemical warfare, war, pestilence, famine, plagues, etc. If the person cannot send an email, he or she will send us an SMS or call us at our office number to inform us, then we will of course let you know.
