Just saw this on reddit...

Turn the channel to Fox News and count how many seconds you can go before hearing/seeing the words: terror(ist/m), fear, or security.

I've done it 4 or 5 times over the past 3 hours and the longest I've gone is 17 seconds (not counting commercials), no joke.

Just sayin'

My dad and I notice this also, it's pretty ridiculous.

Fear sells, which is why fox tops the ratings. You guys want to know what sells really well on foxnews.com through ppv? Blood pressure monitors, I shit you not.
 
lol I just tried it. Set the stop watch on my phone prelooked up what channel it was on and flipped to it and hit go.

21.2 seconds (said terrorist but also said jihadist twice during that time)


Edit: went out for a smoke came back and as soon as i looked at the tv i hit the stop watch

7.3 seconds (said "security from terrorists")
 
i just noticed that recently, i guess thats how they get ratings. They just make up shit to scare you.

You did it wrong. This is supposed to be an avenue to bash FOX, so you must have misheard "terrorist" on MSNBC, unless they were talking about Tea Party members.

Seriously, only FOX uses words that inspire so much fear in the hearts of the American public. That's why people listen.

Forget the fact that they have the best reporting and most trustworthy news sources, that isnt why they are usually number 1 or 2 in every time slot. Nope, it is obviously the word "terrorist" that gets them their ratings.

OP is a drone, I bet his friends think he is so cool.

What about "public option?" You used to be able to find that one everywhere but now, if you sit a while, you may see it on cspan.

It's scary how dead on correct you are with that one. They were calling 'teabaggers' terrorists. It was interesting. I have never seen a silver-haired cookie-baking terrorist in my life. That MSNBC is some top-notch sleuth reporting.

idiots.

EDIT: do gay men tie their whole identity/persona on the fact they like to stick dicks in their mouth? I bet that would get tiresome
