To all designers and coders, don't use these shitheads. The place is full of retards that became specialists over night.
I am having some problems with them now because of a subscription postpone from August-September to September-October and guess what, they told me I will be able to access everything after 9 September but I still can't.

I spammed with support tickets, messages on Facebook and Twitter and still nothing, no fucking response for 4 days !

Just keep away from them ! ZERO support.
 


Lack of support in any industry is frustrating. And I heed your warning, but I hardly think this scenario discredits their ability as subject experts.

I hope your issue is resolved in a timely fashion. I do think for larger entities, or any for that matter, customer service should be sharp. If it's not, WTF is the business even doing there?

I learned HTML/CSS, PHP, and Javascript based on the videos and courses they release...

I have no respect for Envato. I reported a serious vulnerability on their tuts+ sites (all of them) and it went unfixed for at least 6 months. For all I know it may still exist, I stopped checking.
 
Just to remind you, I am posting here what happened meanwhile.

They respond back saying I have to tell them what is my problem. Stupidly enough, it seemed very hard for them to check my account and notice the problem.

I email them back asking what the hell is taking so long. Maybe I was a little impatient here, but to be honest I was still raging.

I get a response and I email them back saying that it's not fair for the subscription to expire on 10th October, when they activated back my account on 14th.

4 FUCKING DAYS. They email back saying they extended my subscription.

At first it seemed such a minor problem, but because of their superb support it took so fucking long. The reason ? I don't fucking now, they just suck at this part.

I first wanted to learn Illustrator from their courses, watched it and I barely understood something. Switched to lynda and I'm really satisfied now.

Just watch out with these guys !
