There's sure valuable information that google might crawl in some legit and very popular twitter accounts. Such accounts represent 0.001% of Twitter's users.

I believe Twitter originally allowed Google access to crawl their site, but then closed its doors. Now that they are letting them in again I doubt Google would put more emphasis on Twitter compared to what they did. Who really knows though

that's more of a curse than a blessing, there have to be trillions of tweets now and the majority of them are absolute horse shit quality
