It was appraised at $2,150 by DomainSecondhand.com

This is not an automated appraisal.
Take a look at DomainSecondhand.com website. I paid 60 EUR for this appraisal.
 
Anyway.. This is not the only appraisal I've done. It was made by other site at almost the same value..
So the domain it worth more than $20..
 
I spent more than $200 on listings and appraisal, so I can't sell it such a low price.
Maybe $1,900 is a high price, but $1,500 is my last price.. I can give a template for this domain if you are interested in making a website.
