By the way, may I ask why you haven't approved my comment that I made on your blog the day you made that post.

If you haven't contacted us for support, we can't solve your problem. We may create magical software but we are not magicians who can read your mind. Yet, you go around talking shit about us.

We have over 200 customers who are using UBot for what it is advertised for - It works well for them. Sure some encounter bugs -- but they report them and we fix them.

I have no idea what is your personal qualm with us.

We update like 4-5 times a week! If our software was having troubles with auto-updates, we would have had riots on our forums.

Can you tell me what exact glitches you are talking about so that I can confirm that they are fixed.

I've read your blog as well. The trouble is that half of the problems you discuss are user errors and the other half are just not possible, and have never been reproduced by anyone. if you'd like to challenge those statements, then please do so by letting me know how to reproduce the errors.

If it turns out ubot does have bugs that I don't know about, I'll gladly fix them on a moment's notice, but I'm willing to bet that if you tried today to get those errors, you would not be possible to do so, nor do I believe that ubot ever invoked the blue screen of death on anyone's computer.

Still, if ubot is just not for you, we will gladly refund your sale and deactivate your license.
