Following the recent article about credit cards for internet businesses in the US.....

Does anyone have any recommendations for credit cards to choose for an internet business in the UK? PPC, Domain reg's, hosting etc etc

More off the business topic, does anyone have any recommendations for a decent personal credit card in the UK too?

P.S i want a long term good credit card, not a shitty one that has a good deal for 3 months then turns around to bite you in the ass!

For PPC you might want to consider a cashback card (as long as you can pay it all off in full every month). Information available here

There's lots of other good info available on that site about credit cards etc in general in the UK that should be able to help you if a cashback card doesn't suit your purposes.

Hmm, i figured those were personal only? I want something i can use for a business, as in a Ltd business, where the card is in the businesses name.

Although, the barclay card simplicity is nice!

Search for Virtual Credit Card in Google and look at the results. There are plenty available that are virtual but can be used for more than 3 months.

Be aware that most UK credit/debit cards have a hidden charge on foreign purchases, which ranges from 1%-3%.. meaning if you use your card to fund your US PPC accounts, then you're getting shafted.. the only bank that doesn't do this that i'm aware of, is nationwide.. plus the Post Office Mastercard.. Also both cards provide the best exchange rates (bank of england rates).
