UK Paypal Refunding fee's

So I checked my private Paypal account today and since I was gonna withdraw some monies and I noticed that all my fee's that I paid for speedy withdrawal's was refunded a good $200 actually..

So I wonder if it happened to anyone else and if there is some weird UK law that forced them todo so...

A system has been put in place / forced on the banks via regulation which means that transfers are now much quicker between banks, a maximum of one business day (this is for free transfers). Paypal -> my bank takes 2 hours now. It seems likely this is related.

Yup, we had a ton of fees refunded in the last few days, exactly £200 worth.

Yep, same here. Probably based on legal advice they've had... there's been a lot of legal dispute over bank fees recently.

Yay! While I don't withdraw to my bank account enough from Paypal to warrant a rebate (not sure if I've ever done it, actually) - my funds are no longer pending
