Uniques from forums

Hello, i see that many people get some uniqe visitors, just from their signatures in forums. I would like to know how many people receive (an average). And from wich forums, if that is possible.

Being active in a community related to your site can get you some good high converting traffic. Some of my sites get as many as 100 uniques a day from my sig file in communities I am active in.
