How can I make it so a person can't simple whois the website to see other sites hosted on the server.

How about the nameservers? Would I have to create new nameservers for the websites? (I think I would run out of IPs)

Good luck, if they're all on the same IP but separate NS's, they'll still be found. Completely separate IP's are the only way.

So to sum it up, I'll need 2 IPs (1 for each nameserver) as well as 1 IP for the website?

use everydns.net works wonders for me! I like the DNS management so much, i even donated $30. it's easy to add domains and shit, give it a try. the free account has a limit of 20 domains and 200 records or something.

BTW, you can probably register more than 1 free account and just use proxies to login. haven't tried it though.
