US Proxys with live.com

I've got a bit of a challenge using a proxy with Live Search. I've tried using guardster and worldproxy202 so I can use a US IP address, because I want to view US based msn ads (I live outside of the US). But when I click an advert to see the landing page, I get an error saying this:

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

Anyone know how to get around this? I want to see the PPC landing page but I can't!

Ok, lets revise that then. How can I view the landing page of someone in the US (and you are outside the US) who is advertising on live.com without clicking their ads?
