hi,

has anyone please a good, reliable and trusted incorporation service that he would recommend?

i kept searching but most results here are covering llcs and delaware corporations in a shady way.

i do need however a corporation service for a long-term business relation and not some quick hit-and-run operation, so if any of you has experiences with incorporation service please point me towards those you prefer. as a us-citizen most of you probably do not require those service agencies as you most likely can setup all required paperwork yourself, but i would need someone to take care of that as well as providing basic office operations.

thanks!

I did the incorporation myself (with some help from my accountant), but I heard good things about LegalZoom.com . They are not the cheapest, but their reputation is very good.

legalzoom quite literally asks you all the questions to complete the forms you file to form a Corp. You can do this your self for a fraction of what they charge. These services do nothing for you.

Download the forms online, fill out and send in the fee.

First off, I don't think any of the posts here about LLCs or Incorporating have involved anything shady, or anything meant for short-term benefit only.

Anyway, I assume you're not a US citizen, and not living in the US, correct? If so, your best bet would be to call one of the sites that assists with incorporating (or better yet, call a lawyer specializing in internationals getting a US corp), and talk to them about what needs to happen legally. Things get a lot more complicated when you're not actually a US citizen living in the US.

Is there any specific reason why you feel the need to incorporate in the US?

sorry, it was misleading in the way i wrote it. i meant the search results on google, as most offers that were displayed to me were covering only shady coporation services, as they advertised llcs and nevada/delaware coprporations for tax evasion mostly.

yeah,i will give those lawyers mentioned beforehand a call and check whether they are a starting point.

two reasons: first of all, the conversion rate euro/dollar is just too much in my favour for the moment being, so i need to take that into consideration when making sourcing decisions. as a second benefit, if i want to retired as planned at the east coast one day it might be a good start to work on that "10 employees company" in time ;)

thanks to all for your help!

It's not tax evasion, it's choosing a state with a better corporate tax and business law/protection structure. No evasion is going on, actually.

tax evasion from perspective of a foreign tax authority. usa nevada / delaware corps are advertised in germany as a mean for tax evasion practices. that's what i meant to say.
