Using Keywords in URL?

I have a quick question about the url I use for my articles. When it comes to SEO, what is better? My site is based around hookah reviews, so I will use that as an example, what is better?

1. www.domainname.com/hookah/hookah-review-hookah-name
or
2.www.domainname.com/hookah/hookah-name

The difference is adding in the words hookah review, which is my main keyword.

Then on the www.domainname.com/hookah-review/ have a list with a brief summary of the reviews you've done.

Just watch you dont keyword stuff. You only need your keyword once in your URL.
