using multiple adsense id's, same site, rev share

Yo,

Been googling, only finding old stuff that doesn't really clarify..

I have a site where I am looking to encourage user-submitted content, and to encourage them I want to offer a share of the adsense impressions on page. I'd do this by simply inserting their adsense channel ID which they have added to their profile in my code every X impressions on pages they submitted.

Is anyone here doing this or had any problems with TOS etc doing this?
