Sorry for the late reply, I was attending ICANN New Delhi.
I spent whole of this week traveling with James Baskin from Verizon and they seem to be taking the whole TM issues very seriously. If you want to setup a forum like what Lee did at Sprint Customers, it may be an idea but undeveloped it doesn't have much value.
