Here's my review:

Communication: Excellent
Job completed within 24 hours and email and pm have been sent.

Service: Excellent
I have checked all the links and all have good PR and some amazing high PR5-6 surprise links too. Most are comments with meaningful content written.

Price : Given this is a manual service, the higher than usual price tag is justified.

Down : Some sites have high OBL and I do recommend adding few fresher sites to the package.

8/10 - Highly Recommended...for this speedy SEO service.

I checked out a review, and here are my thoughts:

Speed: Very fast--completed the same day I gave details. Can't complain about that!

Communication: None needed beyond providing order details. So no problems, but I can't really speak to this area.

Price: I think the prices are fairly competitive with similar blog commenting packages. Quality was good so it's definitely fair.

Quality: I'm travelling for a few days, so I don't have access to my main computer with Scrapebox and stuff (will post when I do in a few days). The PRs that I spot checked were spot on though. Like many blog commenting packages, the OBL vary. I got a PR6 with ~20 OBL, which was awesome. The rest that I spot-checked were in the 50-150 range. Will run through OBL checker when I'm back at the comp as well. I got 3 bonus PR4 links, which is always nice.

Overall Review: Will report back with more details once I have all my tools available, but overall I'd say this guy is solid option for blog comments, especially if he keeps giving PR6 links with <20 OBL
