Porto is a really nice city. Obidos is cool too, town surrounded by castle walls. Lagos in southern Portugal has really awesome beaches/cliffs (a lot of places in southern portugal with nice beaches). Sintra looks straight out of a fairy tale book.
A lot of nice spots, depends on what you are looking to do. Nice people and great food.
