Voicecasting- automatically call back customer w/ recorded msg

Can anyone recommend a company to immediately respond to a customer-generated inquiry with a call with a pre-recorded message? Ideally w/ the ability to say "Call us back at XXX-XXX-XXXX or if you're free to talk now press 1 to be transferred to the next available representative" ?

Again this is not blanket dialing, I have the users contact information and want to phone them immediately upon receiving their request.

There are many of them out there and several very good ones. What kinds of features are you looking for? Some are service bureaus and others sell lines/equipment. Send me a PM and I can get you a few names of some that we have used in the past.
