Want to Buy: 25 page web-design

I am looking for my business site to be completely re-designed.

What I need in the site:

• No flash necessary
• Web Chat software installed
• simple graphic and chart designs (just a few)
• a Kick-ass looking site that web-site viewers can easily use.
• a simple inventory list (not necessary but would like)
• A site that Google Loves

I have a lay-out (site-map) in a PDF for 25 pages that I have all ready created. I will hire a copy-writer for the content. If you need anything else I would be open to getting it.

Time-frame for completion: 30-45 days.
Budget: $x,xxx.00
I would like to pay in installments, as pages are completed (5-8 pages depending on designers terms) I will PayPal the funds.

How I will choose the designer/firm:

• Current Portfolio &/or references
• Skills
• availability
• Wicked Fire I-trader and history
• Price (notice it is not the number 1 in my list)

I would like make my final choice by Friday January 21.

I want a great website and I am will to pay for it....I am not looking for a $500 website.
