Wanted: Someone to design a brochure

I need a brochure designed for a physical product I am selling to stores (health and fitness).

brochure is 3 +1 pages - front cover, inside left and right pages. back page can be something simple (graphically extended from the front page)

I supply the content, and pictures of the product

You pretty up my content and make it sexy as hell.
You find relevant pictures that compliment the product and blend them with my product pics

brochure will be sent to print, as well as be available to download from my website.

please provide some samples of your work, price, and estimated turnaround time.
