Ways to monetize outbound links?

Are there any good services to monetize outbound links? Thinks like ad networks or lead generation to click through and see the content?

Sorry if this a noob question I've never experimented with this before.

I found that this is called interstitial advertising. Does anybody have any experience? Which networks have the best payouts? etc.

Do the links already exist or are you looking to sell in content links? If the latter, look at linksxl or text link ads, if the former, I've got nothin

Not looking to sell. Basically a content site where most links refer to affiliate programs, but still want to have content that will direct to sites without an affiliate program (seo and better user experience). So I'm looking for a way to monetize on those links without affiliate urls.

Personally I would start with a gateway from adscendmedia or cpalead.

If you get decent volume/conversions you can look later on into creating your own gateway and populating the offers.

Cool. I was thinking of putting up my own interstitial script from Dynamicdrive to serve my own offers.

I submitted my applications for those two networks. I saw where one had something of "content unlocker", so those can serve up ads where it basically says "to continue fill out this short survey" or something on those lines?
