Personal Note: I used to work long hours for a Web 2.0 startup for very little pay but lots of hopes and dreams(they fed me pizza and bought me beer though).

Then I wised up, quit, and started making good bank with affiliate marketing.
 


It's an awesome video, but come on, don't be that harsh on Web 2.0.

It brought TONS of free stuff for the average user. The level of socialization that can be achieved today and the amount & quality of available content are light years away from what was available some 5-6 years ago.
