If you mean getting a bachelor's degree in Internet Marketing, maybe for some newbies who can convince their parents that it's real school. Is their a need to get one? Absolutely zero.
If you mean for people calling themselves Web Traffic Controllers, their could be if we as marketers (web traffic controllers) create demand.
