By the way I know...
I am supposed to do some SEO stuff.
1. Link to forums
2. link to blogs
3. link to social websites
4. get good keywords that google wants
I was just wondering if I am on the right track so far. Just wanted to post this so people don't think Im trying to get easy answers

Yes have some SEO make some quality backlinks .
Then place some affiliate links and adsense to earn .

When you are learning its better to do everything manually.
Then you can automate.
Also the top, top banner is almost invisible, I totally missed it.
Since it includes your RSS feeds that might be a bad thing.
Also your legal section is outdated...2006 and 2008, makes it seem like an abandoned site.
Finally, get rid of your Meta / Archive section...its totally useless for the user. You can debate archive I guess...
...I guess there is one more thing, the lowest bar that is basically linking to everyone and their mother, take it off a nice (c) WebNeto 2011 is all you need. You can put your "Legal" link here as well.

Thanks wired yeah I will try to learn as much as I can. I will add color to the RSS feeds and any other social icons i add up there. I will get rid of the meta/archive section it makes it look cluttered and i can add other stuff there i guess. I don't understand the legal thing am i supposed to hire a lawyer for it? I don't want to get in trouble accidentally but I can't afford a lawyer lmao.
I would change a couple of things.
1: you give too much real estate to your terms of service. I would throw it down towards the bottom with less emphasis.
2: I would replace your banner. Not that I hate it, I think the font is good but I think it could be better.

I will work on the banner as well. not very artistic haha. So I will move the legal link to the footer. Is it alright to remove the other links or will I get in trouble?
Side note: Any suggestions for wp plug ins? For SEO and site tracking...I found a lot of seo ones, however im not sure which is most reliable.

- All in One SEO Pack (passive SEO)
- Exclude Pages from Navigation (figured it would make life easy)
- Google XML Sitemaps (more passive SEO)
- Redirection (for my LPs..even though I have a PHP script I wrote that can do the same)
- Shockingly Simple Favicon (cause its easy)
- Ultimate Google Analytics (keep track of hits)
- Wordpress Automatic Upgrade (upgrade easy)
- WP Super Cache (speed things up)
Legal stuff wise, just change the dates, its a good start.
alright I have added most of the plug ins, so I will be playing around with those. I also changed the dates in legal stuff. I need to figure out how to move it to the footer because the theme I am using seems to have encoded the footer file in the editor. Thanks for all the help. I should keep adding blog posts and also some pictures and just other small aesthetic things to the site.

A few other suggestions:
1. add a sub-header under your logo, explaining what WebNeto is, it should just be 3-5 words long.
2. More of a personal preferences (not sure on the results), have 2-3 Full text posts on your home page instead of the summary of 5 posts.
3. Your Social Share buttons on your pages look out of place and scattered. Try to get them arranged and aligned. It will look cleaner and there will be a better chance of people clicking on them.
4. In your top-bar under your logo navigation, add a "Home" linking back to your main page.
