Website Designer and Programmer Needed ASAP

I am taking over the internet side of business for this company Muscle Brownies | Cookies | Muffins - Lenny&Larry's. We are going to be revamping the entire design, while adding a few simple coding features (checkout tracking, multiple autoresponders, etc.).

I need someone to take on this redesign and coding process under my guidance. I need someone who understands direct response, basic customer responses, and someone who can take specific direction, can work fast, is a good communicator (with me) and who has experience. I will storyboard most of the site for you, so you have to be able to take direction well.
